Nice drill Karen, Yes I warm up with this one before every round and every practice session.  Can’t go wrong with it! Troy

I’m enjoying all your lessons, great tip simple easy to understand and works great. Jenna

Wow, amazing blog structure! How lengthy have you ever
been blogging for? you make running a blog look easy. The entire look of your site is excellent, as neatly as the content material!

Awesome blog!

What a great drill. I feel this was meant for just for me.

Thanks for the idea of practicing just a little bit each day. I’m guilty of thinking because I don’t have time to go to the range for an hour today, I don’t have time to practice. I guess I never thought of just a few minutes as being useful practice, but I’m going to incorporate that idea.

The cardio golf program opened my eyes to the impact of training the whole body – big muscles, small muscles and reflexes, to be ready to perform the golf swing. Balance, flexibility and strength gained from CardioGolf have improved my game and I credit that to a pre-game warmup and better endurance, too.

Great exercises Karen, Specific golf training and exercises should be part of every golfers routine. A more flexible and limber body will produce a better golf swing every time. Tony

Hi Karen; I purchased your cardio golf dvd years ago and used it and still use it when I get stressed out. Your dvd makes me go back to the basics so I can have more fun in my game. I am surprised to get an email from you after all these years. I also spoke with you at the Boston Golf Show; however, I am now retired and living in a 55+ community on the first fairway. I really enjoy your dvd and I have introduced it to friends. Linda

I’m an avid fan of your blog. I’ve learn a lot from your fitness program. Thanks for this another informative post! Alice

Hi Karen, I am still using your DVD’s that I purchased previously. I use the cardiogolf DVD as a warm up for each day when I am golfing. Great for getting the body turning.

Thanks for posting this recipe! Pork and green beans are one of my favorite meals — glad to see it’s great for my golf game. :)

Hi,I genuinely would just want to say that your opinions on golfing are genuinely spectacular, blogs like this one make acquiring info on the web an absolute breeze. Thanks a lot.

Great article! I totally agree that it more rewarding to walk the course than riding in a cart. I know when i walk the course I feel 100% better about my self then if i would have rode a cart. Like you said when in walk i get the pleasure of some very good exercise.

Great tips Karen. Being able to get up and down green side is a great area to improve for many of us and a place where we can shave strokes off our scorecard.

That is really a smart combination to join the workout and hobby together. So it will not be so boring just to do the exercise alone. Thanks for the sharing!

I am impressed, I have to say. Really rarely do I see a blog thats both informative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding.
