The Best Anti-Aging Exercises

I have always said that being fit is the key to golf longevity. As we age, we lose flexibility and strength, so the more fit you are the more you can ward off the negative affects of aging and now there is a study to prove it.

A new article out this week in the Huffington Post, suggests that moderate to intense exercise may help older people stay and look younger.  The article talks about how turning back the clock isn’t just about wrinkles and fine lines. It’s about staying fit — not just looking it — and keeping your body moving.

You know you need to stay fit for better health and now to look younger, so if you are a golfer why not get the benefits of exercise and work on your golf game at the same time? That is what my Cardiogolf program is all about; killing two birds with one stone.
