Cardiogolf 1 K Practice Swing Challenge Continues Days 23, 24 and Day 25

KarenCardiogolf Daily Dose, Golf Fitness

Break it Down-make 30 practice swings a day for 30 days and you will have made 900 swings over the course of a month.  Okay, so it is not exactly a 1000 swings, but close enough (if you really want to get technical, you’ll have to take 33.3333 swing per day to reach 1000 practice swings).  The amount is not the point, the point is to be consistent with your practice; take a few minutes out of your day to work on your golf swing and get some exercise.

Days 23, 24 and 25

How is your seperation?

Having good separation between your upper and lower body facilitates greater speed and power in your golf swing.

Limited separation can result in a number of swing faults including too much lateral movement (sway or slide) and loss of posture.

This test measures the overall flexibility between your upper and lower body, along with your core stability.

Studies show that it takes at least 21 consecutive days of doing a new skill to make that action a habit.  You have been practicing for more than 21 days now, so this practice routine should start to feel natural.  You have formed a new good habit.  Whether you continue with this challenge or do other exercise, the routine should feel like a part of your day.   Good job!

Thirty practice swings take approximately 2 minutes to complete.  Watch me do it…click here to see video…
