Cardiogolf 1000 Practice Swing Challenge Days 23, 24 and 25

KarenGolf Fitness, Video Golf Tips

Break it Down-make 30 practice swings a day for 30 days and you will have made 900 swings over the course of a month.  Okay, so it is not exactly a 1000 swings, but close enough (if you really want to get technical, you’ll have to take 33.3333 swing per day to reach 1000 practice swings).  The amount is not the point, the point is to be consistent with your practice; take a few minutes out of your day to work on your golf swing and get some exercise.
Days 23, 24 and 25
How is your hip mobility? This test measures the mobility in your hamstrings and lower back, but can also detect certain problems or stiffness in your hips, which can limit a proper set up for your full swing short or putting stroke. If you are unable to perform this test, you will not be able to maintain your posture (body angles) throughout your swing, which will make it difficult to keep the club on plane. Low test results may also be related to loss of power, loss of posture and swaying
Studies show that it takes at least 21 consecutive days of doing a new skill to make that action a habit.  You have been practicing for more than 21 days now, so this practice routine should start to feel natural.  You have formed a new good habit.  Whether you continue with this challenge or do other exercise, the routine should feel like a part of your day.   Good job!

Thirty practice swings take approximately 2 minutes to complete.  Watch me do it…click here to see video…
