Cardiogolf for a More Powerful Weight Shift

KarenGolf Fitness, Misc

If you have ever been told that you sway or slide on your backswing and downswing, then you be rolling on the outside of your back ankle on the backswing.  This move is bad because when you roll your weight on the outside of your back ankle, you lose your power base and you won’t be able to shift your weight correctly.

Don’t roll on the outside of your right ankle.

I developed a Cardiogolf workout to help people with this fault learn the correct move and strengthen and stretch the muscles in your lower body.
