Try this Cardiogolf Mini-Workout to Shape Up Your Swing and Trim Your Score

Duration: 10 mintues

Frequency: 3 to 4 times a week

Intensity: Moderate

5 minute warm-up

Alternate doing jumping jack and taking practice swings to warm up your joints and muscles.

Workout: Do each exercise for 30 seconds on each side.  Hold the stretches for 20 to 30 seconds.

3. Ankle rolls while balancing one leg

4. Squats

5. Core twists

6. Shoulder twists

7. Back stretch

8. Shoulder stretch

9. Oblique stretch

What is Cardiogolf?


Cardiogolf (www.cardiogolf.com) is a 60-minute golf-specific workout that is taught by certified instructors using an area in a gym or at a practice range.
