If you are looking for more distance, it is important to increase your clubhead speed. This Cardiogolf workout incorporates exercises to help you learn how to fire your muscles faster, it will also help your balance and coordination, all which are needed to increase your clubhead speed.

All you need for this workout is some space to move and a golf club.  I am using the Shortee Practice Training Club by GolfGym.com.  It is short, so that you can swing inside.

  1. Runner’s Lunge with Twist
  2. Normal Speed Practice Swings
  3. Quick Feet In and Out
  4. Switch Stance
  5. Slipt Jumps
  6. Lateral Bounding
  7. Slow Motion to Normal Speed Swings
  8. Fast Practice Swings
