Learn How British Open Champion Henrik Stenson Work Outs

I am going through withdrawals this morning not being able to watch golf as soon as I wake up.  Although I was pulling for Phil Mickelson this past weekend, I am very happy for Henrik Stenson for winning his first major championship. Definitely deserved!

Henrik is the epitome of golf-fitness. He does a combination of endurance, strength and mobility exercises to enhance his golf game.  He says he lifts weights to increase clubhead speed but combines that with mobility exercises to be able to move freely and prevent injury.  But he has said that he knows that extra time on the treadmill will not help him make more putts.  He knows that he has to work on all parts of his game, including technique to be a total golfer.
