Golf for Mind and Body

KarenGolf Fitness, Misc

Golf is a great way to spend time outdoors with friends and family. Golf also provides plenty of exercise especially if you implement an off-course golf fitness program.

However, as recent research has found, physical exercise is not the only type of exercise your body needs. Exercising your brain is also very important, not only for a more fulfilling life, but also for the prevention of brain degradation, which can lead to memory loss.

Playing golf forces you to remember numbers, images, and even specific tips and techniques. Therefore, it is a great all-around way to exercise both body and mind.
