How to Practice Uneven Lies

KarenGolf FitnessLeave a Comment

When you play golf, you almost never have a completely flat lie like you do on the practice range.  It may be difficult to recreate those sidehill, downhill and uphill lies on the practice range, but you can do it at the gym or at home with The CardioGolf™ Slope.

The Practice Range Creates a Perfect Environment Unlike the Golf Course-

Rarely, if ever, do you have a flat lie on the golf course, so it is important to practice your swing on sloping lies to develop feel and stability. The CardioGolf ‘Slope’ is curved like a fairway slope. You can vary the angle you place your foot to practice various sloping lies.

Simply taking practice swings with your stance at different levels can help prepare you of how it will feel on the golf course.  Use The CardioGolf™ Slope to learn how to hit those uneven lies. Start with your right foot higher, then change to your left foot higher.

Vary the height you place your foot as well.  The idea is to make a full turn and weight shift despite the restriction you may feel because of the uneven stance.
