KPJ Golf Mother’s Day Golf Fitness Challenge

This year, I have started the KPJ Golf Fitness Challenge. I have asked people to join me as I do something every day to improve my fitness to play better golf. I always tell my students that it is better to do some movement every day, even if it is just for a few moments, than to wait for the days where you have an hour or two to workout. Those days hardly ever happen.

This week I challenge the Mothers out there to give themselves a boost on the upcoming golf season.  Do a golf specific exercise or golf swing drill every day this week.  By the end of the week, you will have improved your swing and body and will be well on your way to incorporating golf fitness into your daily routine.

Try some of these Pilates exercises that not only elongate your muscles and make them lean, but help you create a better turn in your golf swing.
