A Note from Karen

Every week in my Vitalize Your Game with Cardiogolf Blog, I post tips about golf fitness.  Golf takes a lot of time, so why not get some exercise and practice your golf game at the same time? Try my tips to help improve your fitness and golf game.

Improper rotation or lack of rotation in your torso will rob you of distance and power. The only way to improve your body motion is to practice the correct motion.  Try this drill to improve your mechanics, increase flexibility and to help you warm up before play or practice.
