Spinach is Unbe-leave-able!

I like to add spinach to my protein pancakes.  Why? Because it tastes good and helps me load up on my daily dose of spinach.  These pancakes are easy to make.  Make a batch beforehand and place them in the freezer.  Pop them into the toaster for a fast nutritious pre-round meal.

 

CardioGolf Spinach Protein Powder Pancakes
Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop chocolate ProFlex20 Powder
  • 1 scoop of water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp honey
  • 1 cup spinach

Combine ingredients until mixed into a thick batter. Add spoonful sized cakes to an already heated pan. Cook for three minutes on one side, or until cakes can be flipped easily. Cook for another three minutes. Remove, serve with jam or sugar free syrup.
