CardioGolf® Certification Program-
CardioGolf® is a unique golf-fitness program designed to teach the mechanics of the swing without hitting a ball together with golf-specific exercises to improve overall strength, endurance and flexibility.

What is CardioGolf®-
CardioGolf® is a golf-fitness system that teaches both the mechanics of the golf swing and improves fitness as well, without having to go the the golf course. As a CardioGolf® Certified Trainer, you can teach a group CardioGolf® class or one on one sessions.
The program optimizes physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains for instance:
- Cardiovascular
- Stamina
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Power
- Speed
- Coordination
- Agility
- Balance
- Accuracy
Firstly, the program drives traffic into facilities. Secondly, the program helps cultivate a unique relationship with repeat customers that are frequenting the facility. Thirdly and most importantly, the program creates a stream of income for trainers and golf professionals. Lastly, the program is an opportunity for instructors and trainers to have their own online video collection and stream of income from CardioGolf® training equipment.
How the CardioGolf® System is Different-
The golf swing motor skills are primarily taught statically and dynamically at a driving range or at a golf course. At the present time, the public’s perception of how to learn to play golf is to go to a golf course or a driving range facility.
As shown above, the CardioGolf® System is different, in that, the skills are neither taught at a golf course nor while hitting a ball, so the student can focus on the motion and not the outcome of the shot, for instance.

Karen Palacios-Jansen was the 2008 LPGA National Teacher of the Year and NASM Certified Personal, NASM and AFAA Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, and Pilates Trainer and has been voted as one of America’s “Top 50 Golf-Fitness Professionals” by Golf Digest Magazine. She appears frequently on The Golf Channel and has authored hundreds of golf-fitness instructional articles.
Jansen currently teaches CardioGolf® at Trump National Charlotte Golf Club, 15 to Fit Pilates and Fitness Studio and the “Groove” Studio all located in Mooresville, North Carolina. She also created CardioGolf® is an Online Studio Subscription App that is now available in the Apple and Android Stores.

- CardioGolf® workout routines accommodates golfers of all skills and fitness levels. The only room requirement is a 4 x 4 sq. ft space for each golfer to do the golf swing exercises.
