Why are we repeating the same workouts for 30 days?
Because of the Principle of Specificity.
According to studies, the body will adapt to the specific demands that are placed on it. There is something called the ‘Principle of Specificity’ (reference NASM).
Firstly, the principle states that the body will adapt to the specific demands that are placed on it.
Secondly, when you repeatedly ask your body to do the same movements, the body will get better at those movements.
Therefore, the body will adapt to the specific demands that are placed on it and the body will get better at what it is repeatedly asked to do.
What does this mean for you? You must perform movements on a daily basis in order to get better at that those skills.  Not every once in a while, not for only a week, not for just a few weeks, but you need to do the same movements everyday!
