This is your  CardioGolf™ Online Studio  Weekly Workout Plan.  There is a week’s worth of workouts for you to complete.
The plan will help you balance your fitness so that you are getting the correct amount of work in during the week to improve strength, flexibility and endurance plus improve your swing technique.
This is an easy way to plan your entire workout ahead of time, and move seamlessly from one workout video to the next.

The ‘CardioGolf Stack’ is an easy way to plan your entire workout ahead of time, and move seamlessly from one workout video to the next.

How Stacking Works-

After you complete one workout video, the next workout video in the stack will play automatically so you move seamlessly from one video to the next without stopping.  The ‘CardioGolf Stack’ will include a 1) pre-round warm up routine, 2) a specified workout for either endurance, strength or flexibility and 3) a post-round stretch or cool down.

Fall Swing Adjustments-

As summer winds down, many of us have gotten to play quite a bit of golf. Which is good and bad. If your game has not improved or it is getting worse, you may want to make a few adjustments this fall to finish the season strong.

Especially in the flexibility department.

The Importance of Flexibility for Golfers

Firstly, if you have been playing a lot of golf, your muscles may be tight and you may have developed imbalances from overuse.

Stretching out those tight and unbalanced muscles will help you improve how the muscles and joints move creating more fluid motion in your body.

Secondly, by increasing your flexibility you’ll improve your mechanical efficiency and overall functional performance. Because a flexible joint requires less energy to move through a wider range of motion, a flexible body improves overall performance by creating more energy-efficient movements according to ACE studies.

Thirdly, flexibility exercises help, not only decrease pain and stiffness in joints, but also help the body relieve stress and anxiety.

Makse some adjustments this fall. Add in flexibility exercises into your daily routine.
