THIS WEEK’S FOCUS IS ON PRIMING THE BODY FOR UPCOMING SEASON-
Here are warm-up and flow routines that you can do leading up to the upcoming golf season to help loosen your muscles to make them more supple and easier to swing. Many of you have been lucky enough to be playing golf for months now, but others may just be easing into the golf season. It may be a few months since your last round of golf, so you may be a little rusty. Take time to warm up your muscles and prepare your body for all the movements you will be doing during all the summer.
Making practice swings instead of hitting balls is a better way to improve your swing technique. If you are trying to learn the swing or make a swing change, rehearsing the move without hitting a ball will assure that you are actually doing the correct move. Repeating the motion that you want to achieve will help ingrain the move into your real swing.
Use the CardioGolf ‘Shortee’ Club to practice everyday. If you don’t have room to swing a regular golf indoors or you can’t make it to the golf course or driving range, use the CardioGolf ‘Shortee’ Club to practice anywhere and at anytime.
Practice something about your game everyday.
