This is your  CardioGolf™ TV  Weekly Workout Plan.  There is a week’s worth of workouts for you to complete.  The plan will help you balance your fitness so that you are getting the correct amount of work in during the week to improve strength, flexibility and endurance plus improve your swing technique.
This week’s focus is on ‘swing technique’.

Long summer days allow for more time on the golf course.  With the summer solsitice upon us, you will want to get take advantage of the long days to play as much golf as possible. The summer solstice is the day with the longest period of daylight, which is why it is often called the longest day of the year. During the month of June, the solstice occurs when the sun reaches its highest and northernmost point in the sky. The summer solstice is the first day of summer in the northern hemisphere, based on the astronomical start of the season.

This week we focus on workouts that will help you improve your swing technique that will transfer to the golf course to play your best.
