Full Swing Power and Short Game Finesse Program
This program will help you increase clubhead speed , trim your score and help you stay strong the entire 18 holes.
- Simple workouts that can be done at home.
- Increase clubhead speed.
- Improve flexibility and mobility.
- Increase endurance.
- Improve swing technique.
- Improve coordination and balance.
- Improve your touch and feel around the greens.
- Follow along workouts.
- Swing drills and skill tests.
Frequency:
- Complete 3 workouts a week.
- 20 to 40 minutes per workout.
Equipment needed:
- The CardioGolf Shortee Club
- The CardioGolf Slope
(All workouts can be modified if no equipment is available.)
Program progression:
- Weeks 1 and 2-Flexibility and muscular endurance conditioning workouts.
- Weeks 3 and 4-Strength and power workouts.
- Weeks 5 and 6-Coordination, power and speed workouts.
Modifications available for different levels of golfers.
The program starts Jan. 4th, 2021, but you may begin the program at anytime after that date. You can start and pause program at anytime. You can also replay all workouts and skip forwards and backwards to repeat exercises or learn cues.
