Don’t Take Golf Too Seriously, But Do Take Your Health Very Seriously

KarenGolf Fitness, Misc

Golf is just a game and it’s meant to be enjoyed and not taken too seriously.  It won’t kill you if you miss a few practice sessions, 3-putt or take a few weeks off from playing.

Your health, on the other hand, is something that you should take seriously.  Carrying extra weight, eating junk food, sitting all day and lack of physical activity could actually kill you.

You know you need to exercise for better health, so if you are a golfer, why not work on your golf game and get some exercise at the same time?

Many people don’t exercise because of lack of time, so now there is a way to combine your passion for golf and get some well needed exercise into your daily routine: do Cardiogolf.

The purpose Cardiogolf is to help you improve your golf game, but it can also help you improve your health and overall well-being.

According to studies, only 22 percent of the U.S. adult population meets the minimum requirement of physical activity — 30 minutes of exercise five or more days a week.  Most people don’t get the  numerous benefits of regular exercise, including decreased blood pressure, better mood, and less risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers.

Don’t think that you need to do a rigorous workout routine for hours every day to get fit.  It is not what you are doing, as much as it is whether or not you are doing something.  That is why my Cardiogolf program is so convenient and effective for golfers.  Simply adding a few golf-specific exercises into your daily routine can help you get the exercise you need and improve your golf game.

What are you waiting for, sign up for Cardiogolf today.
