1. You should have read sections 1, 2, 6 and 7 sections in the CardioGolf® Certification Manual.
2. You should have taken yourself and one client through the Basic Golf-Fitness Screen.
3. You should have recorded yourself doing the CardioGolf® Pre-Round Warm-Up Routine.
Week 2-
Objective- Learn the CardioGolf® Swing Fundamentals and Swing Positions. Be familiar with the Components of Golf-Fitness.

3. Review section 3 and 4 in CardioGolf™ Certification Manual. Section 3-Components of Golf-Fitness. Section 4-Swing Biomechanics.
4. Practice the CardioGolf® Swing Positions with the Shortee Club.

Please video tape yourself doing a 3 to 5 minute video demonstrating the CardioGolf ® Swing Positions. Feel free to add in your own instruction. Don’t worry about the background of the video, just make sure that I can see and hear you clearly.
