THIS WEEK’S FOCUS IS ON FINISHING THE YEAR STRONG!
This time of year is challenging in many respects. Firstly, we have family obligations and we are stressed with all the things we need to buy and get done.
Secondly, many of us are burning the candles at both ends-staying up late and eating and drinking more than we usually do.
Thirdy, we may have just given up on trying to workout because we figure we will just start over in the new year.
It is easy to skip workouts and practice the last few days of the year, promising ourselves that we will be more disciplined next year. What’s the harm in skipping the last week of the year?
I am here to help you finish the year strong! Maybe you are not happy with how your golf game has progressed or maybe you are disappointed with yourself that you haven’t workout as much as you planned.
Don’t give up and don’t wait until next year to start your fitness goals. There’s plenty of time this week to get in some good work to get a headstart on your fitness goals for next year.
We all have the opportunity to finish the year strong by doing a few workouts this week. This week we will doing some of my favorite workouts without music. Most of us have more than one device that we are using at a one time, so you can listen CardioGolf® cues on one device and but enjoy your favorite movie, indulge in your guilty pleasure TV show or blast your own music on another device. Anything to keep you moving as much as possible until the end of the year!
