Day 4-Mobility

When starting a golf-fitness program, you’ll want to identify areas that are tight and inflexible that may cause swing flaws and compensations.  Once you work on those areas, you will naturally improve your swing mechanics that can help you achieve more solid strikes achieving more distance

Lat Stretch-

This exercise can increase the mobility in your latissimus dorsi and core to help you increase your turn.

2. Take one leg and cross it behind your opposite leg so that it is completely stretched.

3. Straighten your arms and feel a stretch along your side.
