Quick Golf-Specific Warm Up to Improve Your Game

KarenGolf Fitness, Video Golf Tips

You should warm up muscles and joints before you stretch. You actually need to warm up before you even hit practice shots on the driving range. You should always Actively Warm Up your body before you play and practice.

To increase your blood flow, which brings needed oxygen to muscles and joints, you can jog in place, do jumping jacks or take a brisk walk. I have developed a few exercises specific to golf that I have my students do before play or practice that target muscles that are typically tight in golfers and simulate the golf motion, so you can rehearse your swing as you warm up.

Cardiogolf offers a golf-specific warm up to help you prepare for play or practice.  For more information visit Cardiogolf.com.
