Day 14-Low Lunge with Shoulder Rotation

Low Lunge with Shoulder Rotation

1.  Step back into a lunge position.

2. Place both palms on the floor.

3. Reach one arm straight up in the air so that your arm is extended.

4. Slowly drop your arm down to the ground and try to touch your elbow to the ground.

5. Slowly reach your arm back up so that it is extended. Repeat the motion 8 to 10 repetitions.

6. Repeat exercise on the other leg.

This is a variation of a Yoga pose. This pose can help you increase your trunk rotation and will increase flexibility in your hips.
