  3. Calf Stretch and Twist 1-min on Slope
  4. Chest and Back Stretch 1-min on Slope
  5. Chest Stretch w/PowerBandz
  6. Puppy Dog w/PowerBandz

Golf-Specific Drills—

  1. Swing Fan 1-min
  2. Practice Swings with Alignment

Today’s Daily Groove takes less than 5 minutes.  Stop whatever you are doing and get some movement in today to help your golf and fitness.  The point of this challenge is to do something consistently every day!
Studies from health and fitness professionals say that it is important to make physical activity part of your daily routine. Here are some tips to help you add movement into your day!
1. Schedule your workouts as you would any other important activity.
2. Set a reminder in your phone.
3. Write it down on your calendar.
4. If someone needs to have a conversation with you, tell them that they will have to exercise with you while you talk!
