Even Olympians do Cardiogolf. Check out this week’s Mini-Cardiogolf workout demonstrated by Olympic Gold Medalist Dan Jansen. Don’t worry, you don’t have to jump as high as he does.
There are just under two months left until the New Year and only a week until Thanksgiving. Don’t give up on your fitness because the Holidays are here. Do something everyday to move your body and burn some calories. You will enjoy your dinner more when you know you won’t be packing on the pounds.
“Olympic” Mini-Cardiogolf Workout
Intensity: Very Intense
Time: 10 to 15 minutes
Frequency: 2 to 3 times a week
Start with a 5-minute warm-up- Click here to view warm-up routine
Do each exercise for 30 to 40 seconds. Rest for 10 to 20 seconds between each exercise. Repeat routine up to 3 times.
