As the weather improves, many of you will be playing more golf. To accelerate your improvement it is important to practice with a purpose. It is not enough just to go hit balls every once in a while. You will want to perfect your technique.

What to Practice Today-Keep Your Elbows Together
In attempt to get power, you may turn too quickly spreading your elbows apart on the backswing. From this position, you will have to re-route the club, most likely coming over the top on the downswing. If you are losing power, check your elbows.

Ideally, your elbows should remain the same distance throughout your swing to help your turn more efficiently. Work on this the next time you practice or play.
