I will be posting mini-Cardiogolf workouts that you can do in 10-minutes or less to get your heart pumping, build muscle and improve your golf swing.

Level One Cardiogolf Workout

Time: 10 minutes

Frequency: 3 x a week

Intensity: Moderate

Do each exercise for 30 to 40 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between

1. Jumping Jacks

2. Practice Swings with your right arm only with a golf club (if the golf club is too heavy, turn the club upside down so you are gripping the club by the clubhead)

3. Knee Highs (alternate raising your knees as high as you can)

4. Practice Swings with your left arm only

5. Jog in place

6. Practice Swings with both hands

7. Jumping Jacks

8. Slow motion practice swings

9. Crunches

10. Torso Rotations on the floor

What is Cardiogolf?


Cardiogolf (www.cardiogolf.com) is a 60-minute golf-specific workout that is taught by certified instructors using an area in a gym or at a practice range.
