Professional golfers know the importance of athletic development for golf. As a recreational golfer, you may not have the time to train like an elite athlete, but by simply adding a few exercises into your daily routine can dramatically improve your game.

Cardiogolf is developed by LPGA Teaching Professional and golf performance specialist Karen Palacios-Jansen. This program can help you develop endurance, strength, flexibility and balance specific to golf.

In Cardiogolf group fitness class and on-line program, you not only work on your swing technique but you also learn routines to help you warm up before a round golf; routines that will help improve flexibility, and routines that are fast moving to help you improve clubhead speed and endurance. All the moves are designed to stretch and strengthen the body along with improving golf swing technique.

The Cardiogolf program focuses on exercises to help improve core strength. The golf swing puts a tremendous amount of stress on the spine because of the constant rotation in the golf swing. If the core is weak and unstable; you may get injured. Cardiogolf shows you specific exercises to help build strength and flexibility to improve overall core strength for a better golf swing.

We all know we need to exercise for better health, so why not practice our golf swings at the same time?
