It’s week 45! Yikes! That means there are only 7 more weeks until the end of 2022.

This time of year is challenging for our golf and fitness goals in many respects.

Firstly, we have family obligations and we are stressed with all the things we need to buy and get done.

Secondly, many of us are burning the candles at both ends-staying up late and eating and drinking more than we usually do.

Thirdy, we may have just given up on trying to workout because we figure we will just start over in the new year.

It is easy to skip workouts and golf practice the last few weeks of the year, promising ourselves that we will be more disciplined next year.  What’s the harm in skipping the last couple of months of the year?

I am here to help you finish the year strong! Maybe you are not happy with how your golf game has progressed or maybe you are disappointed with yourself that you haven’t workout as much as you planned.
