Why not encourage your entire family to do your golf-specific exercise routine? Clear a spot in the living room and conduct a private golf-specific session for your family. Not only is this a good way to spend time with your family, it will set a good exercise example for your family.
Here a few more suggestions to involve the family:
-Take the entire family to the local driving range. Some cities have indoor golf facilities.
-Organize a 9-hole family golf tournament.
-Set up a mini putt-putt course in the backyard or family room.
-Have a chipping contest in the backyard.
