- The glove gives you a better grip to prevent slipping or twisting.
- The glove can give you better feel and more control of the clubface.
- The glove provides a secure bond between your hand and the club.
- Wearing a golf golf glove can reduce tension in your hands.
- The golf glove acts as a shield between you and the club to protect the grip handle from getting wet, sweaty or oily.
- A golf glove can help in raining weather or when it’s hot and humid.
- A glove can protect your hands from abrasions from the grip handle.
- A golf glove can give you more confidence that your hands are securely on the club.
Not all golfers choose to wear a golf glove, it is personal preference.
