Making practice swings instead of hitting balls is a better way to improve your swing technique.  If you are trying to learn the swing or make a swing change, rehearsing the move without hitting a ball will assure that you are actually doing the correct move.  Repeating the motion that you want to achieve will help ingrain the move into your real swing.

Use the CardioGolf ‘Shortee’ Club  and Slope to practice everyday.

The Importance of Balance for Golfers-

Your ability to stay balanced throughout your golf swing is important to create power. Firstly, if you are unable to stay balanced, it is likely you will be limited in the amount of force you can apply at impact.

Secondly, balance training can be easily overlooked in a training program as being an inefficient use of time. However, balance plays an important role in the prevention of injuries and maximizing efficient movement patterns.

Thirdly, poor balance can lead to poor body mechanics, joint dysfunction, and ultimately, injury according to the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  So therefore it is importance to practice balance exercises that not only help you improve your swing mechanics but also will help you increase your power as well.
