CardioGolf™ Stack-
The ‘CardioGolf™ Stack’ is an easy way to plan your entire workout ahead of time, and move seamlessly from one workout video to the next.
The weekly workout plan will help you balance your fitness so that you are getting the correct amount of work in during the week to improve strength, flexibility and endurance plus improve your swing technique.
How Stacking Works-
After you complete one workout video, the next workout video in the stack will play automatically so you move seamlessly from one video to the next without stopping. The ‘CardioGolf™ Stack’ includes a 1) pre-round warm up routine, 2) a specified workout for either endurance, strength or flexibility and 3) a ‘groove your swing’ routine and 4) a post-round stretch or cool down.
